Officer Paul Proctor of the East Windsor Police Department was honored with the 2024 MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) Award. “His dedication to keeping our roads safe from impaired drivers has once again earned him this distinguished recognition,” the department stated in a social media post in June. “A multiple-time recipient of the MADD Award, his commitment to protecting our community continues to set the standard for excellence in traffic safety enforcement.”
