David B. Everett, 90, of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025, surrounded by his family, at his residence in Hamilton.
Born in Hamilton Square, Mr. Everett was a lifelong Hamilton Square resident. He enjoyed the last 55 years living in the home he designed and built himself for his wife and family. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he enjoyed a long career with the Delaware River Basin Commission where he worked as a water resource engineer and retired 25 years ago, as their chief engineer.
Mr. Everett was a longtime member of The First Presbyterian Church of Hamilton Square. In years past he enjoyed boating and fishing. Above all else, he treasured time with his family, especially with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents, Elmer and Ethel Everett; and his siblings, Walter Everett and Constance Rockhill; he is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Carolyn M. (Burkert) Everett; his sons and daughters-in-law, James and Rosemary Pintye-Everett, and Thomas and Janice Everett; his grandchildren, KaraLin, Kevin, and Jennifer; and his great grandchildren, Adeline and Leo.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 11:00am at the First Presbyterian Church of Hamilton Square, 3550 Nottingham Way, Hamilton, NJ.
Cremation services were held privately under the direction of the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
